SCAN is updating how they list our physicians. Your CAMG doctor will now appear under La Salle Medical Group.

What’s Not Changing

  • The quality care that you have come to expect from SCAN & CAMG

What You Need to Do

  1. Log in to your SCAN portal

  2. Select La Salle Medical Group

  3. Choose your CAMG doctor

  4. Enter Provider ID:
