Rachael S. Tennant, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician proudly serving the Yucaipa community. She earned her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine and went on to complete her residency training at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
With more than a decade of experience, Dr. Tennant provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages. She has particular expertise in managing conditions such as hypertension, heart failure, and kidney disease, while also focusing on preventive care and overall wellness.
