If you’re a Health Net HMO member, you can now select CAMG as your medical group and continue seeing your preferred physician or choose a new provider that fits your needs.

How to Update Your Insurance + Provider ID’s:

You can update your medical group assignment with Health Net HMO anytime, you do not have to wait for an annual enrollment period. While not all provider IDs are available yet, you can still make the switch by using any provider ID associated with your preferred CAMG location—and rest assured, you’ll still be able to see the doctor of your choice! We will continue to update this blog post as additional provider ID’s are received, the Provider ID’s we currently have available through our partnership with Prospect Medical Group are as follows:
